Help Lesotho provided 9 weeks of intensive training for our  Sawubona Project facilitators.

CHANGE4ce trains facilitators and provides sensitive, impactful program content that goes deeply into the heart of human suffering and helps vulnerable people come out the other side self-aware and ready to advocate for social change.

CHANGE4ce training builds social change facilitators who empower participants to:

Heal:   build resilience through psychosocial support

Learn to think:   foster critical thinking, healthy decision making and self-management

Have a purpose:  become leaders who take action for the benefit of others

CHANGE4ce is a successful model of  social change developed and delivered by the international development organization Help Lesotho.  In its first 15 years, Help Lesotho has helped more than 180,000 vulnerable and rural AIDS orphans, youth, grannies and abused girls and women in southern Africa. Over 40,000 vulnerable people have already graduated from these intensive programs – people suffering from poverty, AIDS, gender-based violence, loss of their families, isolation, depressions and hopelessness.
